Сергей Константинов 1958 года родился в городе Жмеринке на Украине . В 1980  окончил Вижницкое училище прикладного искусства.После окончание Львовской академии искусств 1985 году  жил и работал  в  Баку .1986 год  член союза художников. 1991 год  Сан Франциско Арт Студио Сергей Константинов .Активный участник выставок. 2007 год   член The Institute of Classical Architecture США.
Работы находятся в Министерствах культуры России ,Азербайджана, Армении и многих часных коллекциях. Ann Getty House коллекция. Книга Rooms to Remember , The Classic Interiors of Suzanne Tucker. Рестоврационные работы с Ed Hardy коллекционера декоративно-прикладного искусства. John Traina , рестоврация рельефа Ренесанс мастер Andrea della Robbia 1399-1482.
